 A. DFB 500 RANGE : CENTRIFUGAL CASTED BRONZE OR HTB BACKING + GRAPHITE / PTFE / POM / PEEK INSERTS FOR SELF LUBRICATION.

     DFB 500 bearing, solid-lubricant inlaid range use high-grade metal alloys as their base material, inlaid graphite & grease during the process of friction, it will release solid lubricant & lubricant oil automatically. The products are widely used in injection molding, automobile mold, SPMs, Food machinery, Power generation equipment & water turbines 
General Properties:  Solid bronze sliding bearing solid lubricant pockets in sliding layer.  Maintenance-free & well performance under high load & low speed.  Cylindrical and flanged bushings, thrust washer   Flexible, Simple, Convenient & abundant designing of the standard by any means of designing methodology.  Excellent chemical resistance & flow wear.  All special designs are available at short notice!

MAINTENANCE DFB500 is a maintenance-free sliding bearing, but primary lubrication is necessary! Therefore none aging lithium stiffened grease should be used.

MAINTENANCE DGB-D1/ D2 is a maintenance-free composite sliding bearing with solid lubricant pockets, but primary lubrication is necessary for rigorous application as Graphite takes time to get applied on moving parts initially. Therefore aging resistant lithium stiffened grease should be used.

  DEB RANGE: WRAPPED & ROLLED BRONZE (CuSn8P) BACKING     +       POCKETS & HOLES FOR FORCE LUBRICATION.
     TECHNICAL DETAILS (COMMON) of DEB-D1 & D2  Wrapped bronze sliding bearing are an advancement over conventional casted & machined bushes.  High tensile and elongation properties of these bearings give it much largest cycle life.  DEB range is laminated CuSn8P (DIN 17662) construction.  Produced following standard DIN 1494 / ISO 3547   Low-maintenance assured and proper lubrication ensures much lasting service periods and reduced downtime.
  DEB-D1 With lubrication pockets for retaining grease as well as unwanted particles which may come in the sliding area protecting and safeguarding sliding movement.  DEB-D1 has through holes which provide much more lubrication as the grease and oil medium has much better possibility to move through covering the mating parts avoiding friction and viz-e-viz wear and tear/ maintenance.
